Lostwithiel has lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, museum, castle, river, park, golf club and train station. Penrose makes a good base to explore the north and south coasts, and the Eden Project is only a 10 minute drive away. There are many gardens, coastal walks, golf courses and beaches very close by.
